Plenary – Session 1
Skye Jethani is an author, editor, speaker, consultant and pastor. He occupies numerous roles at Christianity Today; since 2004 Skye has served on the editorial team of Leadership Journal and is currently the group’s Executive Editor. He is also the Senior Producer of This Is Our City, a multi-year, multi-city project telling the stories of Christians working for the common good of their communities.
Plenary – Session 2
Dr. Clive Calver is the senior pastor of Walnut Hill Community Church in Bethel, CT. Previously, he was president of World Relief for seven years, traveling the globe, ministering to the poor and empowering the church to work together to change the world for Jesus Christ. Prior to that, he was the general director of the Evangelical Alliance, linking together the evangelical churches, missions, agencies and denominations within the United Kingdom. He has authored 20 books and has been published worldwide in various national and print media.
Plenary – Session 3
Bill Beattie is founder and chairman of Jericho Partnership, a collaborative partnership of Christ-centered churches, word and deed ministries and private foundations serving the youth, homeless and other at-risk populations in Danbury, CT. Raised by a single mother in urban Philadelphia, he left a business career to serve at-risk urban youth, which led to the founding of Pathways Danbury, a one-to-one mentoring program. This, in turn, led to the founding of the Jericho Partnership. He and his wife, Kathie, have three adult children and live in Danbury.
Plenary – Session 3
Carrie Amos is executive director of Jericho Partnership. The Jericho Partnership is a model of Christ-centered collaboration making a difference in the lives of youth in the city of Danbury. In addition to her position at Jericho Partnership, she is an adjunct professor of social work at Fordham University, and also serves on the international board of Leadership Foundations. Carrie and her husband, Ed, have three children and live in the greater Danbury area.
Jon & Jolene Hamill
Plenary – Session 4
Jon and Jolene Hamill are the founders of Lamplighter Ministries, a prophetic intercessory ministry based in Washington, DC. They serve as “watchmen on the wall,” hearing the heart of the Lord for the nation and it’s government. Jon’s teaching often combines prophetic revelation layered with historical insights to give context to God’s work in our time. Jolene is a gifted teacher with an emphasis on personal and corporate prophetic ministry, deliverance, and healing.
Plenary – Session 5
Bob Hazlett is a friend to leaders and a sought-after speaker and author. Strong healing and prophetic gifts follow his ministry. Bob has a passion to empower people in the spiritual gifts in order to fulfill their life purpose. He has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally. Bob lives with his family in Milford, Connecticut, having been called to New England “for such a time as this.”

Host & MC
Rick McKinniss has served Wellspring Church as Senior Leader since 1986. He has two theological degrees from Bethel Seminary in Minnesota, where he also taught as an adjunct professor in preaching. In recent years he has been involved in the emerging global prayer movement as a partner in InterPrayer. During that same time he has been used by God to call pastors and churches together for persevering revival prayer and for Kingdom breakthrough in Connecticut. He is passionate about seeing heaven-sent revival come to New England once again in his lifetime. Pastor Rick and Debbie have been married for 40 years and have five children and four grandchildren.
